Hi All,
We need the community to help us map the supported devices, if you have a device that runs LWUIT please fill it in the wiki page at:
http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Mobileandembedded/DeviceDB

We are also interested in your LWUIT based applications to the featured applications page at:
https://lwuit.dev.java.net/featuredapp.html

So please send us some nice screen shots with a small description to lwuit@sun.com.

Thanks,
Chen

added another..

BTW... what is the significance of this device database? I believe most phones out there wont have a problem running LWUIT, but any device specific issues are not being highlighted by this database...

Hi,
This is highly important to the project success.
The success of this project is measured directly from the customers
adoption, we often been asked by potential customers who consider to
move to lwuit "so..., on what devices is this been tested on?", we often
answer "~80-90% of MIDP2, CLDC1.1 devices".
This answer is not good enough for some customers, we must have a
concrete list of devices, we hold a small lab ourself but the community
surly can help here.
In addition, if a device has some lwuit issues we would like to know
about them, enter the issues under the "comments" free text area.

Thanks,
Chen
