Device Listing List

Hi,
I am a software engineering student at Penn State. I am working on a senior design project, and I will be (probably) using Java ME. I was wondering if there was a location where I can find a comprehensive list of cell phone support, and what JSRs that they support. I know this is kind of specific, but anything will help. I cannot find anything out there.
