Folks may know that the NetBeans project just published version 6.7
Milestone 2 which is available here:
http://bits.netbeans.org/download/6.7/m2/

Folks may not know that it is easy to start doing Java EE 5 development
against recent v3 promoted builds by using the information that you can
find here:
http://blogs.sun.com/vkraemer/entry/7_0_and_glassfish_v3

Please give it a try.

Keep an eye on
http://blogs.sun.com/vkraemer/feed/entries/rss?cat=%2FNetBeans to see
what we are doing for the NB/GF integration.

thanks,
vbk

Hi Vince,

I tried to create a EAR-project with maven archetype and got the
following error:

Error resolving version for
'org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin': Plugin requires Maven
version 2.0.7
NetBeans: Click here to change your settings.
---------------------------------------------------

Is it a known issue? I guess, it is necessary to go with external maven
installation,

regards,

adam

I don't have a lot of depth of knowledge when it comes to Maven and
NetBeans. You may want to ask about this on nbusers@netbeans.org or
nbj2ee@netbeans.org.
