JXTA License with respect to dependent libs

I have a question regarding the JXTA license in respect to the dependent libs such as BouncyCastle. Specifically how does JXTA (JXSE at least) get away of not addressing or mentioning the BouncyCastle's license for use and distribution along with JXTA itself? Also along on the same lines applications that depend on or use JXTA, wouldn't these apps be subjected to the BouncyCastle license as well as the JXTA license?
Thanks.

Since the current jxse implementation relies upon bouncy castle the use of jxse does indeed require accepting the terms of the bouncy castle (and jetty) license. Both of these components use permisive BSD style licenses like JXTA itself. There aren't any known additional requirements imposed by these licenses that aren't required by the JXTA license.
Did you have a particular concern with the Bouncy Castle license?

Thanks for the response. I don't necessarily have any concern with the Bouncy Castle license but your response has cleared up a few things up for me. The only reason why this even came up as an issue was that I just recently submitted a talk to EclipseCon https://www.eclipsecon.org/submissions/2009/view_talk.php?id=411 and a few of the Eclipse developers mentioned legal issues of using JXTA at Eclipse (IP approval and provenance issues of JXTA dependent libs, specifically Bouncy Castle). This of course is none of my concern and I'm not asking you to address this specifically but I just wanted to be sure that my project was not in any violation of copyright and/or license agreement.
Thanks,
Wayne
