Environment variable setting in domain.xml

It would be nice if in domain.xml, we can provide the additional setting to
environment variable. It's quite useful to set that since some java library
depends on environment variable including some native libraries that refers
to dll that refers to some other dll in which setting java.library.path is
not enough. Currently, the only way you can set your own environment
variable before spinning up the domain is to set it in asadmin.bat.
