New Mobicents Diameter Release!

We are happy to announce a new Mobicents Diameter release!
What's new in this release?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This release is the first binary release for the Mobicents Diameter. It includes the never released Diameter Multiplexer (Mux),
the Sh-Client RA (with an example application for Sh-Client) and many improvements to Base and Stack.
Please provide feedback on this new release, as it is quite important!
