Hi Allen,
We are working to update the plugin for Netbeans 6.5. It should be available shortly. If you would like to test the plugin before the release please let us know and we will get you set up.
Regards,
-Greg

The latest jMaki modules (1 for PHP, Ruby, HTML) and one for JSP web apps are now posted on the NetBeans 6.5 Beta Update Center. Get them from there.
Thanks
