Hi All,

Welcome to the FishCAT - a GlassFish Community Acceptance Testing
program. The main goal of this program is to provide opportunity to
community
to significantly influence the quality of the GlassFish as well as to
get early feedback on stability and usability in GlassFish Beta testing
cycle.

We will start our first FishCAT program for GlassFish v3 Prelude. Now
we need your help. If you have an experience with GlassFish and want to
contribute
some time and effort, please follow the section "FishCAT Process" at the
end of this announcement[1] and apply now! Or simply fill out the
attached application form
and send it to glassfishquality@sun.com. Applications are being accepted
until 8/15.

Your voice is important to us. Ready to contribute ? We look forward to
hearing from you !

Best regards,
Judy/Yifeng
FishCAT coordinator [2]

The PDF doesn't want to open on Preview on a Mac. It just opens as
a document containing:

To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version
of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade
to the latest version of Adobe Reader from
www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

For further support, go to www.adobe.com/support/products/acrreader.html

Can that be looked at? Thanks.

I reported this issue back on August 2nd to Gopal when he sent me an
invitation. Seeing as how Preview is the standard PDF viewer supplied by
Apple as part of Mac OS X you either need to install something else or open
it under a platform with a later version of the viewer. This is the first
PDF I've ever opened which ever gave me trouble using Preview. Could be a
bug in Preview or could be an incompatability with the tool used to create
it. In anycase it's extra work us Mac users have to endure if we want to use
the application.

Google Docs has the same problem. Like you said, Preview works a treat
for everything
I need, I don't really want to slap Acrobat on a perfectly good OS X
install... does the PDF

It acts like a form where you can inline fill in the requested informaiton,
then save it into the document and send it back to them as a completed
application. How high is your effort'barrier to apply' threshold? :-)

Hi All,

Here is a simple text application form if PDF form does not work out. We
value every application
and don't want to miss any one. You can simply fill the form inline and
send it to glassfishquality@sun.com.

Thanks,
Judy
