We r planning to use swingx in our upcoming swing project... we would like to have an idea about the future roadmap and a relase schedule of swingx components.

ehem ... we're not particularly strong on schedules. A tentative summary
of recent debates:

- we'll come out with a bug-fix release (meaning mostly unchanged api)
three weeks ago
- after that we'll clean packaging, api, classes (breaking application
code, trying to do so as gently as possible)
- once reasonably stabilized, there'll be one last before final to shake
out the bugs introduced by the cleanup
- final will be the bug-fix release of the cleanup
- after final we'll switch head over to jdk 1.6 which will break
application code for sure. 1.5 version will be branched, but not
maintained from here

Nothing very hard - already slipped by future in the past due to the
usual javaone time warp <g> On the bright side: SwingX _is_ reasonably
stable (for a Labs project - which it always be) and you get very timely
and high expertize support here.
