Build 50 Windows binary download size increase is a bug

Don't be shocked if the download size of the Windows JRE and JDK install bundles are bigger, it's a mistake, my mistake. I've been trying to keep the *.PDB and *.MAP files around so that the JDK developers have an easier time analyzing problems, and I thought I had stripped them out prior to the installshield bundling. I got it wrong and these rather large files ended up in the JRE and JDK binary image downloads.
This will be fixed in Build 51.
My apologies if I give anyone a heart attack over this.
